As part of the recent repair and restoration of an Acorn AIV Domesday system it was necessary to replace the broken power supply module and (after repairing several of the modules) recalibrate the RGB module in the player to restore the picture back to the correct brightness and colour-balance.\u00a0 In addition, I designed and 3D printed a magnetic disc lock to allow the player to be tested without the upper-deck in place.\u00a0 All three of these procedures have been documented and included in the Acorn AIV hardware section of the website:<\/p>\n
